Outlast 2 is set in the same universe as the original Outlast, but it has different charachters and different settings. So far, game developer Red Barrels is not revealing any information about the story of the game or it`s characters. However, game Developer Red Barrels released a Outlast 2 Gameplay Video (2016). Judging by the gameplay video, story is about a couple who got captured deep in the dark forest by a group of crazy psychopaths who have their own village set up that is surrounded by corn fields in which they run their experiments? On humans? . There are some pretty scary stuff in the video, like that light that forms a cross that lightens up the pile of... We won`t go any further with this. We`re guessing that the main character weapons will be running and hidding from the bad guys, like hidding in the water or empty barrel. And while you are hidden, You listen carefully for every sound your enemy makes... Priceless ! :D

There is one quote which describes one part of the game and got us thinking a little bit...

"No confilct is ever black or white."

The game is set up for release in Fall 2016 so we have enough time to think about what is waiting for us in the darkness and insanity of Outlast 2.  Outlast 2 is going to be released on Mac, PC, PS4, Xbox One !
